Aleksandr Miranchuk Replaced At Half-Time In Inter Miami Vs Atlanta United FC Clash

Russian Midfielder Subbed Off Due to Knock

Inter Miami midfielder Aleksandr Miranchuk was substituted at half-time during his team's 2-0 defeat to Atlanta United FC on Saturday. The Russian international, who joined the MLS side from Atalanta in February, was replaced by Bryce Duke as Inter Miami chased the game.

It is unclear whether Miranchuk's substitution was due to injury or tactical reasons. The 29-year-old has been a key player for Inter Miami since his arrival, scoring three goals and providing two assists in 12 appearances.

No Official Word From Inter Miami

Inter Miami have not yet provided an official update on Miranchuk's condition. However, the club's head coach, Phil Neville, said after the game that he would assess the player's fitness before their next match.

"We'll have to see how he is," Neville said. "He felt something in his calf, so we'll have to assess him and see how he is for Wednesday."

Inter Miami's next match is against the Philadelphia Union on Wednesday. The match will be played at DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale.
