Calabria could make Milan return against Bologna after five-game injury absence
Milan full-back Davide Calabria could be set to make his return from injury against Bologna on Monday night.
The Rossoneri have missed the 26-year-old's attacking threat down the right-hand side, with the Italian international providing two assists in his 12 Serie A appearances so far this season.
Calabria has been sidelined since suffering a muscular problem in the warm-up before Milan's 2-0 win over Salernitana on January 4.
But the defender has now returned to full training and is in contention to start against Bologna at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara.
Calabria's return would be a major boost for Milan, who have struggled defensively in his absence.
The Rossoneri have conceded seven goals in their last five games, including three in their 3-0 defeat to Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana last Wednesday.
Calabria's return would also provide some much-needed competition for Sergiño Dest, who has struggled to impress since joining Milan on loan from Barcelona in the summer.
