MLS to host watch party for Lyon match?
Xherdan Shaqiri could be in line to make his Chicago Fire debut against former club Lyon in a pre-season friendly

The match will be broadcast live on ESPN and ESPN+ in the United States, and on beIN SPORTS in France.
MLS has confirmed that they will be hosting a watch party for the match at the Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Illinois. Doors will open at 6:30 PM CT, and the match will kick off at 7:30 PM CT.
Tickets for the watch party are $10 and can be purchased online or at the Toyota Park box office.
This will be the first meeting between the two clubs since 2019, when Lyon won 2-1 in a pre-season friendly.
Shaqiri, who joined the Fire from Lyon in February, is expected to make his debut for his new club in the match.
The Swiss international is a key player for the Fire, and his addition to the team is expected to boost their chances of success in the 2023 season.
Lyon are one of the most successful clubs in French football, having won seven Ligue 1 titles and five Coupe de France titles.
