Far Eastern SKA managed to win their first victory in the new KHL season only in the fourth round. On Tuesday, October 25, in Khabarovsk, the army men defeated the visiting Chernomorets from Novorossiysk with a score of 3:2.

It seemed that the guests would not allow SKA Khabarovsk to celebrate their first success. In the first half of the match, the “sailors” were lucky enough to open the score, and before the second break they also managed to double their advantage.

In the third period, the hosts started playing more actively and managed to recoup within a few minutes. In the 49th minute, the striker of the “SKA” Kuzmenko was accurate, and a couple of shifts later, the young graduate of the Khabarovsk school Lyalkin restored the balance. The game went into overtime, where SKA was more fortunate. After 23 seconds after the start of the additional period, Nikita Liepaev brought a well-deserved victory to Khabarovsk.

SKA Khabarovsk after four rounds scored the first 3 points and moved up to tenth place in the Eastern Conference table. And Chernomorets is still at the bottom of the Western Conference standings, without having scored a single point.
