The Results of the 59th regular meeting of the Saratov City Duma have been summarized

The deputies considered 20 issues included in the agenda

In particular, the deputies made changes to the city budget for the current year. The city's revenues will increase by more than 1 billion rubles and will amount to 32.5 billion rubles, and expenditures will amount to over 33.2 billion rubles, taking into account gratuitous transfers.

The main source of additional revenues will be gratuitous transfers from the federal budget in the amount of 877.2 million rubles.

The deputies also approved a number of target programs. So, within the framework of the program "Development of the territory of the Saratov urban agglomeration", it is planned to create comfortable living conditions for residents, develop engineering, transport, social, and other infrastructures.

The program for the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan of the Saratov Urban District is aimed at ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the municipality.

In addition, the deputies made changes to the Rules for the Improvement and Maintenance of the Territory of the Saratov Urban District, approved the Regulation on the Procedure for Maintaining the Municipal Register of Administrative Offenses Committed in the Territory of the Saratov Urban District, and made changes to the Municipal Urban Planning Regulations.

The decision to transfer the powers of the Saratov City Duma for the approval of the list of candidates for the competition for the position of head of the administration of the Saratov city district to the Saratov Regional Duma was supported by the deputies.

The deputies also made a decision to send an appeal to the State Duma of the Russian Federation on amendments to the Federal Law "On General Principles of Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation".

At the end of the meeting, the deputies awarded diplomas of the Saratov City Duma to the winners and prize-winners of the 2nd city festival "Saratov - the city of labor valor".
