Torino FC and Como 1907 have both earned promotion to Serie A, the top tier of Italian football.
Torino FC secured its promotion after a 1-0 victory over Pisa in the Serie B play-off final, while Como 1907 earned its promotion after finishing second in the Serie B regular season.
Torino FC, one of the most historic clubs in Italian football, will be returning to Serie A after a three-year absence. The club has won seven Serie A titles, most recently in 1976.
Como 1907, founded in 1907, will be playing in Serie A for the first time since 2002. The club has won the Serie B title once, in 1907.
The promotions of Torino FC and Como 1907 to Serie A will bring the number of teams in the league to 20 for the 2023-24 season.
