Two of the six escaped convicts from a correctional facility in the Volgograd region have been detained, the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation reported.
As previously reported, on October 22, six convicts escaped from the correctional colony No. 26 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Volgograd region, located in the village of Gorny Baskunchak, Akhtubinsky district.
According to preliminary data, the detainees are residents of the Volgograd region, born in 1996 and 1989.
Currently, operational-search measures are continuing to detain other convicts who escaped from the colony.
